You will be delighted when choosing the Ramada, as we have a number of options to choose from depending on your size wedding and what exactly you choose to do. Our outside courtyard makes for a beautiful ceremony or reception area, which adjoins to the Judicial room for any inclement weather. For your dinner and dance we have two great spaces, one being the Assembly Hall, which can see up to 150 guests and the other being the Heritage Ballroom which can seat up to 400 guests.
Our sales and banquet team has the experience to guide you and execute a celebration your family and friends are sure to enjoy. Our chef has created a wedding menu with options to please all. We have many added bonuses including a complimentary suite for the bride and groom, discounted room block for your guests, and a complimentary gift opening room for the next day.

Wedding Reception Information
Linens: Your choice of ivory, white or black linens and table skirting are provided for all receptions at no additional cost. Additional colors and chair covers are available for an additional fee. Please ask your Catering Manager about rates.
Decorating: We have a number of different colored linen napkins which we will try to coordinate with your wedding colors at no additional charge as well as our in house centerpieces. You are also welcome to provide your own centerpieces. Please be advised that wax candles, confetti, glitter, tinsel and colored rose petals are prohibited.
Wedding Cake: You are welcome to bring in wedding cake, cupcakes or other confectionery items.
Dance Floor: Our Heritage Ballroom has a permanent 41 X 22 wood dance floor and the Assembly hall has an 18 x 15 permanent dance floor. Ask your Catering Manager about recommendations on local DJ services.
Prices: Menu selection pricing is subject to a 16% service charge and sales tax at a rate of 7.5%. (Prices are subject to change.)
Deposit and Payment: To reserve your reception date, a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $1000.00 for the Heritage Ballroom and $500.00 for the Assembly Hall is due with the return of your signed contract in order to secure your event space. Your final guarantee and full payment is due three business days prior to your reception along with a credit card authorization for any incidental charges incurred during or following your event.
