This hotel is, by far, one of the best places I have ever stayed and I didn’t even stay a whole day! The wife and I checked in early in the morning and the woman at the front desk, Jillian, was incredible. She was extremely helpful with getting us the lowest rate possible, making sure my very pregnant and contracting wife was put into the closest room possible, and even went as far as to push my wife to our room in a wheelchair. We declined that offer but the thoughtfulness behind it was astounding. We were able to get a few hours of rest before going to the hospital for my wife’s appointment. The beds were very comfortable for me and even my wife, despite her contractions. Eventually we went to the hospital and it was baby time! (con’t)

However, the incredible customer service from the Ramada didn’t stop there as we got a phone call from Jillian while at the hospital asking how everything was and wishing us the best of luck and she genuinely seemed like she cared and was as excited as we were. If I had to say anything bad about this hotel, it’s that we couldn’t stay longer. (con’t)

10000000/10 WILL be recommending this hotel and staying again, hopefully soon. The hotel location is awesome and they even have a bar and restaurant area that I would love to try. Jillian is phenomenal at what she does and every staff member that I met was just wonderfully pleasant. DO stay here! DON’T think about it, just DO it!
